With 18 years of experience as a fitness professional, I have dedicated my career to helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies — no matter their age or starting point.
I earned my Master of Science in Exercise Science, and I am also a certified Health and Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute. That combination means I don't just train your body — I work with your mindset, your habits, and your lifestyle to create lasting change.
I work primarily with busy, active adults over 40 who are ready to stop putting themselves last and start showing up for their health — one workout, one habit, one day at a time.
